Collection Center works around the philosophy that credit grantors, attorneys and collection agencies should work together as partners toward their common goal of achieving the highest possible return in the shortest amount of time. Employees are presented with a family-like atmosphere built through the company’s incentive program. The incentive program encourages teamwork by allowing employees to have Friday afternoons off with pay if quotas are met by Thursday. The program also allows employees to bring new babies to work the first 60 to 90 days and pets as long as they can be controlled. The program also allows each employee to earn bonuses for achieving goals. Telecommuting options are available to selected staff and management. Collection Center affirms their employees’ health goals by offering bonuses for those not using tobacco in 90 days and reaching targeted weight loss goals. Employees and the company share costs for medical and prescription coverage. To be eligible for health benefits employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Benefits take effect the day of hire.
