Apex Financial Management’s overall goal is to focus on collecting purchased portfolios for larger debt buyers and working contingency commercial collections for Tricare Management Activity organizations.
Employee success is encouraged through Apex’s incentive program which offers a monthly uncapped cash bonus to collectors who have reached collection totals that exceed individual Apex collection goals.
Apex makes working convenient for its employees. Qualifying collectors have the option of working from home through the Remote User Program.
To encourage the advancement of its employees, Apex provides tuition reimbursement. Apex will cover 100 percent of a full time employee’s tuition costs, if that employee is able to maintain an A average or 80 percent of the tuition cost if the employee is able to maintain a B average.
Apex offers health care benefits that include full coverage for employee life insurance and shared coverage for medical, prescription, dental, vision and short term disability. In order to be eligible for heath care benefits employees must work at least 40 hours per week for a minimum of two months after hire.
