Since 1989, American Coradius International LLC (ACI) has been serving national credit grantors in the credit card, retail, auto and mortgage industries.

The program consists of a bonus structure that accommodates first time collectors and collectors moving from other industries. Employees are eligible to receive a flat dollar amount ranging from $100 to $500 for reaching a monthly fee goal. Employees are also eligible to receive a 30 percent fee over the monthly goal in addition to the bonus.

The company encourages employee growth through its Leaders Emerging and Developing (LEAD) program. The program provides employees wishing to advance into leadership roles with the necessary abilities and skills needed to pursue those roles.

Health insurance plans consist of full coverage on life insurance for dependents, shared medical prescription, vision, short term disability, long term disability long term care and employee life insurance coverage. Employees must have worked a minimum of 30 hours per week for three months to receive health care benefits.
