Most positions in PASI are on compensated an incentive basis along with base wage salaries. Self pay collectors receive a monthly incentive that is based on the percentage of dollars collected. Insurance collectors receive an individual or team incentive based on gaining their collection target. Collectors can also participate in weekly contests based on urgency payments.
The company offers up to $2,500 per year for tuition assistance and will pay for all costs of professional certification, conferences, seminars and approved outside training events. PASI recently created an eight month program to train employees interested in managerial roles.
PASI invests in the health of their employees by providing them with an on-site fitness center, wellness programs and fitness reimbursement programs. PASI also shares the cost with employees on medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage. The company pays 100 percent for employee life insurance. Employees are eligible for the company’s health plan after one month of hire. In addition, the company provides health and childcare flexible spending accounts with an annual $5000 limit, deducted on a pre-tax basis.
