Williams & Fudge, Inc. (W&F) collects on defaulted loans and receivables for colleges and universities throughout the country. Since 2007, its main office has been located in an historic building that serves as the centerpiece of the town of Rock Hill.

National Patient Account Services (NPAS) is a provider of early-out collection services to the hospital industry. NPAS collects balances on insurance, co-pays and deductibles after insurance has paid and self-pay.
All employees at NPAS are eligible for bonuses and merit increases. There are three different bonus structures: Exempt Incentive Programs (up to 10% of salary per year); Support Bonus program (up to $180 bi-monthly) and Collector Bonus (can earn up to $3,000 per month, average $512 monthly).
Employees get 10 percent discounts to local restaurants, and a local cafeteria comes on-site twice a week to offer lunch or dinner. The company also sponsors potlucks and cookouts.
NPAS workers must complete six months of service in a part-time or full-time status in order to receive tuition reimbursement for an Associates or Bachelors degree. Full-time employees can receive is up to $5,250, and part-time employees can receive up to $2,600 per calendar year.
NPAS’ medical plan includes full coverage for employee life insurance and shared cost for medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage. The company pays 80 percent of employee medical costs. Eligibility begins after two months of employment.

Established in 1987, Professional Account Services Inc. (PASI) provides healthcare collection services. Services include: self-pay, insurance and workers compensation collections and lien filing on liability accounts.
PASI provides self pay collectors with a monthly incentive based on the percentage of dollars collected and/or achieving a collection target. Insurance collectors receive an individual and/or team incentive based on achieving a collection target. Collectors are also eligible to compete in weekly contest based on urgency payments.
The company hosts a bi monthly employee forum called the “Lunch with Clark” program. This program creates a monthly forum for eight employees from different departments to meet with the Vice President to talk about cross departmental issues and other topics of interest to the attendees.
Under the company’s health plan, employees can receive full coverage for hospital services provided by any hospital owned by the parent company, Community Health Systems. Life insurance is fully covered, and the company and the employee share cost on medical, prescription and dental coverage. Eligibility begins one month after hire.
