Stephen Colbert Takes on Accretive Health Story

Yes, another post about Accretive Health. But seriously, this story may have wide-ranging implications for medical ARM providers in the short and long term, so it bears monitoring, as it is very serious.

Comedy Central, however, provided a little levity to the story.

Political humor and satire savant Stephen Colbert ran a produced piece Wednesday on his show, “The Colbert Report,” that directly addressed the Accretive scandal.

The piece is very funny (at least we think so because we love Stephen Colbert), but it did use information from last week, including extensive citations from the original New York Times piece that launched this whole mess (if you need a refresher, here is our first story on the matter). And of course, it did not include any of the response from Accretive.
