Collingswood, NJ: Net Gain Marketing, Inc. (NGM) and Consolidated Business Services (CBS) today announced the formation of a strategic alliance enabling the firms to work together to help large business vendors for Federal agencies, notably the United States Department of Education (ED), find and pre-qualify small businesses subcontractors.  This service is provided at no cost to large businesses.

With ED’s recent contract award announcement for the unrestricted category, large businesses, including incumbents prior to the new award, must complete a multitude of implementation tasks, adding capacity or otherwise improving nearly every facet of operations, including new requirements. So the ability for large businesses to use NGM and CBS to find and pre-qualify small businesses becomes one less thing for the large business to manage.  With dozens of candidates already in the NGM/CBS network, large businesses gain access to targets beyond the handful of small agencies invited to bid on the set-aside contract. And, instead of a large business responding to every phone call and email from a potential subcontractor, this responsibility can now be offloaded, saving countless hours wasted with small agencies not ready be a Federal subcontractor.

Following an operating model used by the real estate community, this service is offered at no cost to large businesses enrolled in the program. Small businesses participating in the program benefit by gaining access to a new market, receiving expert consulting during any negotiations with large businesses, and hearing about opportunities that may arise with Federal contracts as they arise.  Small businesses pay a nominal percentage of resulting transactions.

In the same way realtors share fees resulting from transactions, the NGM/CBS operating model also rewards other consultants and third parties for encouraging their small business contacts to join the network.

Parties interested in participating in the program are encouraged to call Nick Bernardo at 877-533-1680, x701, or Leah Wilson-Conger at 615-537-2477.
