Estate Information Services, LLC (EIS), the industry expert in probate and specialty collections, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Falk to Chief Information Officer.  In this role, Jeff will oversee the development, deployment, and delivery of the technology platforms, services, and solutions of EIS.

“Jeff has been instrumental in driving the technology advances of EIS.  He has helped to deliver our superior solutions from a vision to reality.  Our clients place a high value on our ability to deliver technology solutions within a solid infrastructure.  I look forward to the next chapter of EIS growth and innovation with Jeff at the helm of our IT team,” said John Pickens, Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining EIS as Director of Technology in 2009, Jeff held the position of Enterprise Applications Manager for Worthington Industries, Inc. where he managed corporate applications for Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Customer Relations. While at Worthington Industries, Jeff implemented the corporate business intelligence data warehousing solution and was responsible for delivering process improvements to corporate business functions.  Prior to his position at Worthington, Jeff served as a consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP; Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, LLC; and DecisionPoint Software.

Jeff is a graduate of the San Jose State University, holding a Bachelor in Business Administration. He maintains active memberships in industry organizations.
