A number of agency professionals have asked us for data regarding account resolution and collection benchmarks. We figured that for each person who took the time to ask us, many others would have the same questions. This led us to ask you, our readers, to weigh in with your experience. Here’s what your peers would like to know:

What percentage of accounts do you resolve through:

  • Litigation
  • Letter and Phone Collections (requiring a live collector)
  • Not pursued/deemed uncollectable

We’d also love to hear about other questions you have — feel free to share in the comments below after you’ve completed these three quick polls below, or email us at editor@insidearm.com.
