Stellar Recovery, Inc. announced Thursday that it has successfully moved to a new state of the art collection facility in Kalispell, Montana. Stellar’s sister company owns the building that was purchased in 2009 by Stellar owners John Schanck and Bob Peterson.

Bob Peterson, CEO, said, “We have provided our employees an incredible work space with all new work stations, computers, and Star2Star phone system.”

Doffie Howard, President of Stellar, added, “Not only did we complete this move successfully, but we have also relocated our IT department to Jacksonville, Florida with the help of our outsourcing partners Area Communications and The Scarlet Group. We have secured our technology within COLO5, a state of the art facility and are moving forward to a complete cloud environment. This provides the ultimate in security for our clients, speed and response to our collectors along with complete redundancy.”

This technology gives Stellar the ultimate in disaster recovery planning and expansion. At the same time Stellar also completed its SAS70 audit.

John Schanck, Chairman, said, “This is an extremely exciting time for our company. We feel we are providing our employees an incredible work environment and our client’s outstanding service and performance. We have added our new call center in Jacksonville in 2011 and have successfully ramped up to 55 employees since January 5th.”

Stellar Recovery, Inc. is a third party contingency collection agency and debt buyer with offices in Kalispell, Mont. and Jacksonville, Fla. Stellar currently employees 158 people between its two locations.
