Oxford Management Services (OMS) announced last week that it has opened and begun operations in a new call center located in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Serving creditors in diverse market sectors such as telecommunications, utility, healthcare, and government, as well as core financial markets like auto, credit card, DDA, and installment loans, OMS began operations in the Scranton call center on July 23, 2007. The company expects to add approximately 150 employees to the facility in the next twelve to eighteen months.

“We are extremely excited about our new Pennsylvania site,” stated OMS President Peter Pinto. “This new call center will allow us to continue to provide efficient solutions to support our current and future partnerships.”

OMS provides accounts receivable management solutions for its clients.

OMS is a family-owned, privately held corporation headquartered in Melville, Ny. with more than 350 associates in its U.S. and offshore locations.
