North American Credit Services (NACS) and Medical Services of Chattanooga employees are taking part in the National Customer Service festivities throughout the month of October, an initiative organized to promote and support year-round quality customer service.

“Delivering high quality, excellent customer service is a part of our core philosophy and mission,” states Dallas S. Bunton, Sr. CEO and Chairman of NACS and Medical Services. “Campaigns such as this support our year-round approach of stellar customer service and the vital role it plays such as in positively maintaining our A and A+ standings with the Better Business Bureau.”

To further support the initiative NACS and Medical Services have coordinated a series of client-focused activities throughout the month of October including, but not limited to: team rallies, ‘Shining Star’ fun-quizzes with prizes, and the celebrated ‘Four Fun Friday’s’ T-shirt kick-off that rolled on the first Friday with Team Spirit where employees were be provided the opportunity to dress down in jeans and sport their favorite athletic team shirts in further support of maintaining a positive attitude in our workplace.

NACS-Go-Pink-for-ACS“One of our most popular Fun-Friday’s each year is the campus-wide Go Pink, for Breast Cancer awareness,” states Mr. Bunton. Employees had a special treat at this year’s Go Pink day, with a visit from the American Cancer Society’s State of Tennessee Government Relations Representative Lynn Williams, as shown in group photo along with some of the Medical Services of Chattanooga staff. The company’s workforce of 250 plus were also provided employee wellness information and ‘go the extra smile’ sweet treats.
