insideARM today announced the appointment of industry veteran Timothy J. Bauer to the newly created position of President. The appointment is part of an overall strategy to broaden the scope of products and services provided by the company.

Bauer has previously served in a variety of executive roles within the ARM industry, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Solution Services, Inc.  He also formerly held executive roles with ARM companies such as Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (OSI), OSI Portfolio Services, and Risk Management Alternatives, Inc. (RMA). He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University of MN and Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law.  Before joining the debt collection agency world in 1995, Bauer spent 15 years as a partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Messerli & Kramer PA.

Stephanie Eidelman, CEO of insideARM commented, “I am very excited to add Tim’s insight, expertise, and industry relationships to our team. As insideARM has grown we have recognized the need to have real hands-on knowledge of the issues facing our clients. Our strategic plans for 2015 and beyond will leverage Tim’s wide and varied skills to enhance our product offerings.

Bauer commented, “insideARM is the premier source of information and learning materials for the ARM industry. Still, in today’s business environment we hear that our clients want more; more content in our newsletters and web site, more webinars, more smaller in-person seminars, or larger conferences with real substance. I hope that I can help the company respond to those requests. I am thrilled to be part of the future of insideARM.”

Bauer has written his first blog for insideARM providing more detail into his hire and insideARM plans for 2015 and beyond.  The blog can be found here.

The announcement of Bauer as President is the latest in a series of moves by insideARM to bring more debt industry expertise to the products and services it offers. In December, insideARM announced the hiring of ARM veteran Terri Haley as Director of Compliance. She will be responsible for content, both free and premium, intended for compliance professionals in the collection industry, a segment of growing importance for not only the industry, but insideARM.
