Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI), a national accounts receivable management company located in Nashville, Tennessee, has announced it has recently hired a new chief information officer and a new director of training.

Mr. Wayne Wooley started at ACSI in the third quarter as CIO to oversee the direction of the company’s IT infrastructure, including identifying, planning, and executing network redesign and capacity expansion activities. He also oversees the company’s Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) security program, along with all other corporate security and business continuity operations. Prior to joining ACSI, Mr. Wooley was the Director of Information Technology with Counsel on Call, where he managed all aspects of the company’s IT department, including the recruitment and training of all staff members across four locations. His career in the industry dates to 1998.

Ms. Amanda Fickle joined ACSI, also in the third quarter, as director of training. In this role she is responsible for developing and implementing interactive content for training materials in compliance with all relevant statutes and regulations while ensuring ACSI’s training regimen aligns with the stated policies and procedures of the company’s current and future clients. Ms. Fickle has extensive experience operationally, including successful management of high-performing collection teams both for the U.S. Department of Education collection agency contract and for guarantee agencies. Her career in the industry dates to 2001.
