Hollis Cobb is pleased to have Wendy Kukla on board as the new Director of Training and Quality Assurance.  She is responsible for creating and maintaining the corporate and regulatory training efforts for Hollis Cobb, while promoting an organizational culture that encourages ethical and proper conduct in a commitment to compliance.

Wendy graduated from Saint Xavier University in 2005 with a BA in Business Administrations and has 15 years of professional experience within the medical collection industry with on-boarding, staff development, and training in first party and third party collections.

Wendy comes to Hollis Cobb Associates with a well-rounded resume in the debt collection industry working with some of the nation’s largest hospitals and medical providers.  Her results speak for themselves, notably in installing major compliance programs such as the ACA International PPMS quality assurance process.
