Allied International Credit Corp., (US), a leading global provider of accounts receivable management and customer contact solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of Michael Cassidy as Vice President of Operations.

Cassidy joins AIC from Barclaycard, where he spent six years managing Barclaycard’s internal call center and network of outsourced partners. Prior to Barclaycard, he worked for the Pressler & Pressler Law firm where he was direct client liaison and managed their internal collection team.

Cassidy will oversee AIC’s US Operations, managing all productivity, quality, and overall performance targets, while working closely with the company’s clients.

“We welcome Mike’s experience, passion and commitment to excellence. I am very confident Mike will add further value to our business,” says Kenny Johnston, Allied’s COO.

Allied International Credit (AIC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of privately-held parent company, Allied Global Holdings. With over 50 years of experience and seven locations across North America and the United Kingdom, AIC has evolved from a traditional accounts receivable management firm to a multinational service provider of complete contact solutions.
