Maggi joined KM² Solutions in December 2007, after 20 years developing Call Center Solutions for major corporations and Government Agencies in Canada, USA, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina and Brazil.

KM2 Solutions, a U.S. based company, specializes in providing near shore Solutions for the Auto, Financial, Telecom, Insurance and Identity Theft Protection Industries. With over 1000 agents, spread among its current facilities in St. Lucia, Barbados and Grenada, KM² offers 1st Party Collections, Customer Care and Inbound Telesales.
