Regional Adjustment Bureau, Inc., a leading provider of student loan collection services to guaranty agencies and universities, has announced it has hired Ms. Karena Holt as Vice President, Operations. In her role, Ms. Holt will have responsibilities to include contract administration and implementation management for new client opportunities at RAB.

Karena has nearly 20 years of student loan collection experience, including more than 15 years of experience managing operations related to the U.S. Department of Education (ED) Private Collection Agency (PCA) contract. During that time she has had responsibility for more than 80 employees dedicated to the contract and more than a quarter of a billion dollars in inventory.

Executive Vice President Bob Pugh stated, “We welcome Karena to RAB, and we look forward to incorporating her into our senior management team and applying her expertise to any new or existing client relationships in 2012 and beyond.”

Karena stated, “I am very excited about joining RAB because of its strong competitive performance in student loan collections, and I look forward to working with Bob and his team on any new client opportunities.”
