Naples, FL — TRAKAmerica, the leading independent provider of legal network management services, announced today that Paschco Montoya has joined the company as Executive Vice President effective September 1, 2009.  Mr. Montoya, a former NCO vice president, will direct TRAK’s attorney management functions and be responsible for performance across the organization. “The addition of Pasch solidifies TRAK’s goal of building an industry all-star team,” said President Vincent Iacono. “His leadership and depth of experience in the attorney management and agency space, coupled with his proven ability to exceed client expectations, fits well with TRAK’s overall mission of delivering best-in-class legal services,” added Iacono.

Prior to joining TRAKAmerica, Mr. Montoya led NCO’s Network Services division. In that capacity he was responsible both for performance and client interaction. Montoya began his career in the Bank One training program and rose to Assistant Vice President for Agency Outsourcing.
