Frost-Arnett today announced that W. Judd Peak has been named Corporate Compliance Officer. In his role, Peak will develop and manage Frost-Arnett’s enterprise compliance program. He will be responsible for ensuring that company policies and procedures are legal and is charged with establishing an internal monitoring and audit system designed to proactively identify and correct risk areas.

Peak brings more than 13 years of diverse experience in strategic human resources management, corporate compliance and employment law. He has a proven track record of conflict resolution, executive development and legal compliance.

Prior to joining Frost-Arnett, Peak founded and served as Principal for Peak Employee Relations Consulting Services based in Brentwood, Tenn. He provided strategies and solutions to personnel policies and workforce issues for various corporate clients throughout Middle Tennessee.

Previously, Peak served as a Counsel for Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, Nashville’s largest law firm where he provided expertise on labor and employment issues. He also served as an Associate Attorney for Frost Brown Todd LLC, a regional law firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he provided advice and counsel to management on their employment practices from the firm’s Nashville branch.

Peak holds a JD from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn., a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, and is a candidate for an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt. He is a Certified Senior Professional of Human Resources and is a member of the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resources Management. Additionally, he was a Contributing Editor for The Developing Labor Law (2003 – 2012) and was recognized as a Rising Star in Labor & Employment by Super Lawyers (2011-2012).
