European ARM firm Intrum Justitia Thursday announced the hiring of Erik Forsberg to be the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Erik Forsberg is currently CFO at the PR software company Cision, which is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Smallcap list. Cision employs around 1,300 people and maintains operations in Europe, North America and Asia. Erik Forsberg has previously held positions as CFO, Group Treasurer and Business Controller at companies including EF Education.

A core experience required for us the coming years is change management in an international environment, an area in which Erik has an excellent track record. The current CFO, Bengt Lejdström, will remain in his current role as CFO until sometime during the fourth quarter 2011, when Erik Forsberg takes on his new position.
