Executive Change: Don Christiano Promoted to SVP, Operations for Empereon Marketing
Travis Bowley, CEO of Empereon Marketing and Constar Financial Services (Empereon-Constar), is pleased to announce the promotion of Don Christiano to Senior Vice President, Empereon Call Center Operations. In his new position, Don will continue to lead Empereon-Constar’s strategic operational initiatives while providing overall direction and leadership to the call center operations management team.

Don joined Empereon-Constar in 2000 as General Manager, Call Center Operations, New Mexico. Since that time, he has led operations for Empereon-Constar where he has played a significant role in the company’s overall growth and expansion. Don started his career with FM Services, later working at OSI where he held several management and ultimately senior management positions and was recognized for point of difference performance results. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.
