Continental Service Group, Inc. d/b/a ConServe is pleased to announce its recent expansion to Suite 860 in CrossKeys Office Park on April 25, 2014. The company now leases 54,000 square feet of space at the Fairport, NY location including Buildings 200, 250 (acquired in 2012) and now 800. The recent flood of new hires and anticipated future growth has demanded an increase in office space.

The Fairport location is the company’s corporate headquarters facility and is currently home to over 500 employees.

“This is an exciting time for ConServe,” said Rich Klein, CFO of ConServe. “The company is rapidly growing and our goal is to double the size of our staff over the next several years.”

ConServe works with The Bell Group to provide additional short and long-term real estate planning as ConServe continues to expand its operations nationwide. ConServe anticipates a significant demand for additional employees which is generating additional real estate requirements.

ConServe also leases 12,000 square feet of space in Depew, NY.
