Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a: ConServe, a leading provider of collection services for Commercial, Government and Higher Education sectors today announced that Cheektowaga, NY, just outside Buffalo, will be the site of ConServe’s new 25,000 sq. foot state-of-the-art Communication Center.

The 250-seat, hi-tech facility will be located at 201 Como Park Blvd, Cheektowaga, NY in the Apple Tree Business Park. The new location is projected to be fully operational in the Fourth Quarter of 2014.

The modern, state-of-the-art Communication Center embodies the company’s consistent progress and evolving achievements since its inception in 1985. ConServe currently employees more than 100 employees at its DePew, NY location. ConServe’s #1 ranking for period ending March 2014 with the U.S. Department of Education’s unrestricted contract has propelled this monumental milestone.

ConServe anticipates a significant demand for additional employees in the near future. Projected availability will include problem-resolution counselors, training and development advisors, quality assurance analysts and Communication Center managers. Recruitment efforts will continue concurrently for ConServe’s Communication Center in Fairport, N.Y
