We have kicked off our Complaints Big Issue, sponsored by Persolvo Data Systems. As you’ve seen, working with the FTC’s debt collection complaints data, we’ve put together a series of original content that looks at this data from all sides – from the numbers themselves to how the FTC creates its reports to interviews with some of the FTC’s information providers.

Additionally, insideARM.com is putting together a comprehensive, downloadable Complaints Report, FTC Debt Collection Complaints Compendium – Q1 2012, that will be available after the end of the Complaints Big Issue. In it, you’ll find a compendium of all the published pieces, plus some new and exclusive content only found in this report:

  • A ranked list of the 161 debt collection companies complained about by number of complaints
  • Thorough explanation of the data nuances, putting the huge 180,000 complaint number in perspective as never before
  • A look at the coming changes to the way complaints are handled by the FTC and the CFPB
  • Analysis of the FTC complaints data through March 2012

The downloadable report is available for pre order now through 22 July 2012 for $139. Starting 23 July 2012, the report will be available for purchase from insideARM.com for $199.
