Credit Adjustments, Inc., a nationally-operated accounts receivable management firm, has announced two major milestones.  First, it has been selected as a subcontractor by a second United States Department of Education (ED) Private Collection Agency to collect defaulted Federal student loans.  CAI also announced it has opened a fourth call center located in Manchester, New Hampshire.

CAI President Dexter A. Smith stated, “We are proud our efforts have played a part in the success of a top-performing prime contractor on the ED PCA contract for the past three years. To have been selected as a subcontractor by a second ED PCA is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the many talented people on our team.”

To facilitate this expansion, on February 13, 2012, CAI opened the new Manchester call center. The company forecasts a need for as many as 60 collection professionals at this location to support various  higher education and other projects while working in tandem with CAI’s locations in Georgia, Minnesota, and Ohio.

“Manchester is a wonderful city and possesses a talented and well-educated labor pool to draw from. We believe this location is a great fit for continued success within our nationwide operations,” added CAI Chief Executive Officer Michael Osborne.

These announcements represent a continuation of the company’s activities to continue growing in its core markets.  Other key announcements in the past few years you can read about at www.credit-adjustments.com have included:
