Array Services Group Recognizes Importance of Giving Back to the Community

Array Services Group (Array), a leader in revenue cycle, accounts receivable and call center solution management, announces the completion of two successful charitable initiatives.

Employees of Array’s family of companies, J.C. Christensen and Associates, Care Call and ProSource, showed continued generosity in 2011 as they made charitable contributions to both United Way and Toys for Tots.

Each year employees at Array come together and participate in company-sponsored charitable campaigns. This year, in addition to raising money for United Way and collecting toys to aid Toys for Tots, a group of employees volunteered at Catholic Charities assisting families at the Toys for Tots distribution center in St Cloud.

Array’s efforts benefit the following local communities: Sartell, Sauk Centre, St. Cloud and surrounding communities. “Giving to our local community has become an important part of who we are,” said Jim Christensen, chief executive officer, Array Services Group. “I am proud of our employees for their generosity donating not only money, but also their time volunteering.”

While both Array’s United Way and Toys for Tots campaigns were company-sponsored, they were made possible at the employee level through committee efforts and participation. Their efforts and generosity in 2011 provided the following local benefits:

United Way
Array’s United Way campaign proved successful. Employee and corporate contributions totaled over $12,000 to local chapters. Fundraising events included a kick-off lunch at each of Array’s facilities, pledge incentives, raffles and other events that created fun ways for employees to make donations.

Toys for Tots
This year’s annual toy drive took place at Array’s company holiday party with excellent results. Employees who attended were encouraged to bring a toy to share. “It is such a neat thing – so special to see people think of others who are less fortunate – especially during the holiday season,” said Nyla Yorek, Array’s holiday event coordinator.

Catholic Charities
The local Catholic Charities serves as a distribution center for Toys for Tots and this year a group of Array employees spent time helping families in need of toys for the holidays pick out gifts for their children.  “Array’s charitable efforts continue to prove more successful each year. I am proud of our employees and look forward to seeing what kind of difference we can make in 2012,” said Christensen.
