ACA International Launches New Collector Training DVD
With the level of consumer debt in the United States increasing daily, the role of debt collectors is even more vital as they do their best to collect that debt, putting thousands of dollars back into the economy each year.
ACA’s new training DVD, Debt Collection: The Bigger Picture, provides a basic overview of how collectors fit into the debt cycle and what they can expect on the job.
