Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Moran as a Vice President of Collections. In this role, Moran will lead a Buffalo-based operational group providing post charge-off recovery services to leading banks and debt buyers.

Moran, a St. Bonaventure University graduate, has spent twenty-six years in the ARM industry. Most recently, he spent nine years as President of Redline Recovery which became a top 50 agency under his leadership. Prior to Redline, Moran held the position of Vice President at NAFS and Branch Manager for Allied Interstate, where he opened their Amherst location in 2000.

“Joe’s background including agency leadership experience further strengethens Mercantile’s infrastructure and will enable him to significantly contribute toward Mercantile’s continued growth”, said Mercantile CEO Jeff Miller.

”I first met and worked with Joe when as the Recovery VP for Fleet Boston we retained NAFS to facilitate a large scale in-sourcing project. It’s a pleasure to be working with Joe again and I look forward to his contributions”, said Mercantile President Bruce Gray.
