Executive Change: Convergent Hires Customer Contact Management Veteran as VP of Sales
Convergent, a large, diversified business process outsourcing, revenue cycle and receivables management company, announced today that Rita Pettinaro is joining its outsourcing division as VP of Sales. Pettinaro will help develop Convergent’s contact management business. “Rita is a great addition for Convergent,” said Michael A. Micek, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Her knowledge of the customer contact management business and her relationships in the relevant verticals will accelerate our growth in these markets.”
Pettinaro has more than 15 years of experience in customer care and technical support. She has won deals with Fortune 500 level clients in consumer electronics, office automation, packaged goods and other verticals. She began her career at Sutherland Global Services, earning positions of increasing responsibility. She ended her nine year tenure there as Director of Business Development, working in a variety of industry verticals, including telecommunications, consumer goods, consumer electronics and office equipment manufacturers. Pettinaro has also been active in a number of industry groups, including SOCAP, ERA, Pace, DMA and HDI. Her involvement includes membership committee work and sharing knowledge and best practices through local chapters.
