insideARM.com today released the final rankings for all companies honored in its fifth annual Best Places to Work in Collections program.

We sincerely thank all of the ARM firms that participated in the program. They underwent a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring that the winning companies are truly succeeding in their efforts to provide a challenging, satisfying, and motivating work environment for their employees.

After a months-long process, 31 ARM companies made the cut, with a winner in each of three categories: small, medium, and large-sized companies.

And the winners are:

Small Companies:  Tucker, Albin and Associates, Inc. – The company narrowly missed winning in 2011 and 2010, coming in second in the Small Companies category both years.

Medium Companies: Hunter Warfield – #1 with a bullet! This is Hunter Warfield’s first time participating in Best Places to Work in Collections. And they won their category.

Large Companies: Williams & Fudge, Inc. – Certainly no stranger to the winner’s circle, Williams & Fudge won the Large Companies category in 2011 and the Medium Companies category in 2010 and 2009.

For 2012, there were seven new companies that had not previously been recognized in any of the previous four Best Places to Work in Collections lists. There were also another three companies that expanded enough over the past year to move up into a new category.
