Debt buyer Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc. has plans to hire more than 100 people by the end of the year at its call center in Jackson, Tenn., according to local newspaper The Jackson Sun.

The company will be holding a job fair on November 3 for those interested in applying.

According to PRA’s human resources SVP, the “hiring ramp-up is to meet our needs for next year.”

Norfolk, Va.-based Portfolio Recovery Associates opened its office in Jackson in 2006. The office launched with 25 people and has since grown to about 350 employees.
