Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC has appointed Christian Parker as Executive Vice President for the company’s legal operations. Parker has served as Cavalry’s General Counsel since 2005. He will continue as General Counsel while also managing the company’s legal operations.

Since joining Cavalry, Parker has been an integral part of the company’s senior management team and its head of compliance. He participates in many industry groups, including the State Legislative Committee of DBA International and the Interstate Committee of ACA International.

“We are happy to announce the promotion of Christian and are excited to have him in this operational role. He has excelled as our corporate counsel, and we know he will bring the energy and creativity that the new position demands, as he does to every project,” said Al Brothers, Cavalry’s CEO.

Prior to joining Cavalry, Parker practiced law as a commercial litigator in New York City. He earned his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School and is currently working towards an Executive MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
