Proceeds from DBA International’s golf tournament, held in conjunction with its 2014 Annual Conference, were awarded to the Jump$tart Coalition®.

The Jump$tart Coalition is a national coalition of organizations dedicated to improving the financial literacy of kindergarten through college-age youth by providing advocacy, research, standards and educational resources. Jump$tart strives to prepare youth for life-long successful financial decision-making.

“On behalf of our members, DBA International is pleased to contribute a check for the proceeds from our golf tournament to Jump$tart to support their valuable mission of educating and preparing youth for successful financial management,” stated DBA President Bryan Faliero. “Advancements in financial literacy can be attributed to the collective contributions of many organizations and individuals and we’re pleased to play a part in this effort.”

Too many Americans are insufficiently educated about their personal finances. DBA International is proud to partner with Jump$tart to get educational resources into the hands of young people to make a life-long difference in their financial health and awareness.
