National Recovery Services, (NRS) a national debt collection firm specializing in commercial, medical, bank card, telecom, utilities, and consumer loan debt, announced Monday the acquisition of an additional 3500 sq. foot space, which will be used to house a segmented bank card debt area.  The addition takes the current space from 3500 to 7000 sq. feet and the current plans are to open in late August.

National Recovery Services has specialized in compassionate and compliant debt collection since 2007.  Now, NRS is expanding services in the bank card debt area to better serve current and future clients. Through hands on management and an experienced team of collectors, NRS has found success and the ability to expand in the third party debt collection arena.

There will be an expansion into an additional 3500 sq. foot space at the current location (416 S. Main Street, Ottawa, KS) which will house a specialized bank card collection area.  This expansion is a source of pride for CEO Brad DeKraai, who is extremely satisfied with the success and growth of NRS.

“The new space has allowed us to reach out to surrounding communities to hire qualified collectors throughout this growth process,” said DeKraai.  “Sedona Staffing in Lawrence, KS has been extremely useful qualifying potential employment candidates to staff our growing company.”

National Recovery Service, LLC has served clients with high performance and low cost collection services since October of 2007. NRS collects on commercial, medical, bank card, telecom, utilities, and consumer loan debt.  This small business provides the responsiveness and attention to detail expected of a small collection agency with the licensing, bonding, and technology utilized by large corporations.
