Caine & Weiner announced today that John Czapor has been promoted to Manager, Collection Operations for the Louisville, KY office.

In John’s new role he will be responsible for all collection activities including overseeing all agents within the Louisville, KY and Tampa, FL offices. He will also focus on client service and retention.

Due to his new role, Michelle Followay, Manager, Client Relations, responsibilities have expanded. She will now oversee client relation activities for Kentucky, Texas, and New York.

Other recent internal changes include the appointment of Alan Leitner to Director of Operations for the Chicago office. Alan will be responsible for all agents spanning multiple departments including commercial, specialty and purchase portfolios as well as client retention activities.

“We are confident that Alan and John will be strong additions to our operational management team,” said Frank Dispensa, Vice President, Regional Operations. “We look forward to having them assist with the continued growth of the Chicago and Louisville offices.”
