NCO Group to Hire 300 at Illinois Call Center
NCO Group, the largest ARM firm in the world and among the largest providers of BPO services, will be hiring 300 people to fulfill a new incoming customer service calls contract for a local bank, according to the Rockford Register Star.
The jobs will be located at NCO’s call center in Rockford, Ill.
A company representative told the paper that hiring has already begun and will continue until all of the seats have been filled. The contract runs for four years.
The positions will be eligible for full benefits and will require a 14-week training course.
