Executive Change: Columbia Ultimate Welcomes Industry Veteran Nancy McLaughlin

Columbia Ultimate, an expert in technology and integrated solutions for the collections industry, recently named Nancy McLaughlin as director of business development. In this position McLaughlin is responsible for developing new business opportunities for Columbia Ultimate’s family of solutions, including its newest collections platform Ajility and integrated scoring and performance offering, UltimateAnalytics.

McLaughlin brings to Columbia Ultimate more than 40 years of experience as a credit and collections expert and most recently served as vice president over partner integration with eBureau.  During her time with eBureau, McLaughlin oversaw the development of a strategic partnership with Columbia Ultimate and The Intelitech Group to offer custom predictive scoring and skip-tracing designed to help clients maximize profit-per account. Prior to joining eBureau, she played an instrumental role at LexisNexis building profitable strategic alliances and oversaw the market launch of the Banko solution for Dolan Media.

Outside of work, McLaughlin enjoys visiting Florida in the winter with her husband and spending time with her five children and seven grandchildren.
