WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – Account Control Technology Holdings, Inc. (ACT Holdings), today announced its board of directors has appointed Founder, Chairman of the Board and former CEO, Dale Van Dellen, as interim chief executive officer, effective immediately, replacing Nabil Kabbani.

A special committee of the board will immediately begin a global search for a permanent CEO.
