Ontario Systems, a leading receivables management technology and services provider, announced today that Rozanne Andersen, Chief Compliance Officer, has been included in the 2015 Shortlist for the Women in Compliance Awards, to be held March 19 in London.

A celebration of the achievements made by female compliance professionals, and the role diversity plays in the compliance industry’s success, this year’s nominees also include representatives from AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Royal Bank of Scotland, Google, Intel, Shell, Hewlett-Packard, and more.

Andersen has been nominated for both a Lifetime Achievement Award for Services to the Compliance Industry, and Chief Compliance Officer of the Year. A panel of 24 judges will reflect on the former Association of Credit and Collection Professionals CEO’s 25-plus year career practicing law, and advocating on behalf of the world’s foremost financial services operations.

“Rozanne’s incredible impact in the industry, within our client base, and within our walls emanates from her deep command of compliance and regulatory issues, and a broad understanding of both our industry, and our clients,” says Ontario Systems CEO Ron Fauquher.

“She’s an empathetic, helpful coach and counselor, and deep care for her co-workers’, partners’, and customers’ well-being has amplified her voice, respected uniformly by executives and regulators alike. These results speak for themselves.”

Nominees will gather at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge for the second annual event this spring. It remains the compliance industry’s only awards exclusively recognizing success from female professionals. Attendees can secure a table to attend the ceremony online at womenincomplianceawards.com.

“It has been my honor and pleasure to serve the members of the credit and collection industry as their lawyer, advocate and friend,” says Andersen. “Being nominated and considered for these prestigious awards is for me, a win unto itself and recognition of the stream of outstanding professionals with whom I have worked and collaborated throughout my career.”
