Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in innovative contact center technology solutions, has received Collection Technology magazine’s Collection Technology Excellence Award for the Noble™ Composer Debtor Contact Management System (DCMS) product. Noble Composer DCMS was nominated for the award by a Noble Systems client who has increased collector productivity and collection results. • Automates all debtor communication (outbound, inbound, email, messaging, fax, etc.)
  • Allows the collector to work ‘owned’ accounts through the creation of a debtor contact ‘GRID’
  • Enables the collector to seamlessly move between predictive, preview and push-to-connect modes
  • Simplifies screen navigation through tight integration to back-end systems
  • Integrates Digital Recording (on-demand or automatic), Call-Conferencing, Manager Supervision, IVR, Messaging, Reporting, and more
  • Creates a unified desktop for all Collector activity, reducing the learning curve and increasing efficiency

The Collection Technology Excellence Awards, now in their third year, recognize those individuals and companies within the industry who have done much to further collection technology and its associated community. Presented by Collection Technology magazine, the industry’s foremost information resource, and the Collection Technology Summit, winners of Collection Technology Excellence Awards are chosen based on nominations by industry executives and on careful consideration by the senior editorial staff of Collection Technology and the Collection Technology Summit Board of Advisors. Awardees are singled out for their overall collection-related technology solution or for innovative enhancements in any of the following areas: account management, compliance, customer-relationship management, debt buying, default recovery, document imaging, risk and performance analytics, telephony and automated messaging, or skiptracing.

“We are proud to recognize Noble Systems for its contribution to the collection technology industry and its innovations in 2006,” said JJ Hornblass, Executive Editor & Publisher of Collection Technology magazine and Chairman of the Collection Technology Summit. “We hope the Collection Technology Excellence Awards inspire others to create new products and services for this industry.”
