TECH LOCK, Inc. announces Total Card, Inc. (TCI) a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider based in South Dakota has started their TECH LOCK® Certified program to validate their compliance with applicable federal and state  by ARM Industry security professionals. TECH LOCK® Certified is a data security audit, performed by ARM Industry-centric information security professionals, combining multiple regulatory and industry standard control objectives into a single comprehensive audit.

TCI is a privately held corporation that is entrepreneurial, nimble and focused on their clients’ success. TCI sought out a similar type organization to perform their annual independent third party data security audit.

“TECH LOCK and Total Card are very similar, entrepreneurial companies providing customized servicing that goes beyond basic customer care” says Michael Fromknecht, senior vice president at Total Card. “TECH LOCK® Certified is designed to meet business requirements for each organizational entity in a cost effective manner.  Total Card made the decision to switch to TECH LOCK for these reasons in addition to TECH LOCK’s expertise in receivables management and call center solutions. We look forward to their rigorous audit process and comprehensive report to exceed our current client requirements.”

“Total Card is a leading service provider of processing and call center support services,” says Todd Langusch, TECH LOCK’s president and chief executive officer.  “TCI’s strong industry knowledge, committed staff, and impressive state-of-the-art facilities is one of the best I have seen and had the pleasure of using. In my previous position as an Executive at a large debt buyer, I was extremely satisfied with Total Card’s effective management of our accounts. Although Total Card had proven success in generating revenue in the collections arena, more importantly for me, the reputational risk to us was one of the lowest I had the pleasure evaluating.”

Total Card Inc. (TCI) was founded in May of 2000 in Sioux Falls, SD by 4 individuals with over 70 years of combined credit card servicing, marketing, call center, and operations experience. TCI operates two state of the art call centers with the finest professionals in the industry.
