Creditors rights’ attorneys William F. Saldutti, III, Esq. and Robert L. Saldutti, Esq. have joined forces to form Saldutti Law Group, a complete creditors’ rights, collection and real estate regional law firm with locations in both New Jersey and Philadelphia.

Industry veterans William F. Saldutti (former principal and partner of Dembo & Saldutti) and Robert L. Saldutti (former principal of Saldutti, LLC) will utilize their 55 years of combined experience to expand their creditors’ rights practice and increase the ability to service their clients.  Robert Saldutti will serve as principal of the firm while William Saldutti will serve as managing partner.  Also, joining the firm are Anne Cantwell, Esq., of counsel, attorney Brian J. Schaffer, Esq., foreclosure paralegal Kathy Collins, and legal assistant Coleen Flannery.

The new team will work alongside attorneys Thomas B. O’Connell, Esq. Vincent D. Monzo, Esq., and C. Matthew Murphy, J.D. and the current staff of managers, litigation specialists, paralegals, and forensic investigators of Saldutti Law Group.

After forming Dembo & Saldutti, LLP with Leon D. Dembo in 1991, Mr. Saldutti continued to represent lenders of all sizes and has an unparalleled reputation within the banking community, particularly in the real estate and asset-based recovery area. A graduate of Rutgers University, Rutgers School of Law, Camden, Mr. Saldutti is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Brian J. Schaffer specializes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Mr. Schaffer began his law career as an associate with White and Williams LLP in Philadelphia where he represented clients in both state and federal courts in a multi-state litigation practice. Mr. Schaffer continued his career at Dembo & Saldutti, LLP where he focused his litigation practice to include title insurance defense, bankruptcy, and expanded areas of commercial litigation. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers Law School, Camden, and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Anne S. Cantwell is of counsel to the firm and specializes in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy matters, and land title insurance litigation. Ms. Cantwell began her law career also at a regional law firm with strong emphasis on creditors’ rights and commercial litigation where she gained substantial experience in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and the protection of creditors’ rights.  She frequently lectures on bankruptcy issues for both local and state bar associations. She is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and Syracuse University College of Law and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
