iQor, a global provider of intelligent customer interaction and outsourcing solutions, is currently looking to hire 250 new positions by the end of April to work as customer service agents at its Dallas Center of Excellence.

New employees will provide inbound customer care and technical support for a global supplier of electronic and mobile devices. iQor is currently looking for candidates with contact center experience. Other potential candidates should possess solid customer service and sales experience, strong computer/keyboarding skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

iQor offers paid training and flexible work schedules, including weekend scheduling options.
