Mr. Korschun joined Ascension Capital Group/Encore Capital Group in 2006 as Senior Vice President & General Manager. Prior to joining Ascension, Blair served as a Vice President at Chase Auto Finance holding roles in Consumer Business Development and Default Strategy. Prior to Chase, he was a group manager for Capital One Financial holding roles in credit card operation strategy, collection strategy and recovery strategy. He also held finance roles at both Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. and The Northern Trust Company.

Mr. Korschun graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics and Economics from Duke University and an MBA in Finance and Production from the University of Chicago.
