Michelle Macartney, Bridgeforce Managing Partner, leads the Consumer Reportingand Disputes practice and oversees the US practice. While at Bridgeforce, Michellehas managed directly or provided industry advisory support to multiple consumerreporting compliance engagements from disputes operations improvements toestablishing Center of Excellence credit reporting organizations to detailed Metro 2data mapping and data furnishing accuracy controls.
Michelle’s extensive industry experience spans over 30 years and has resulted in
numerous requests to deliver presentations on consumer reporting furnishing and
disputes best practices. She has presented on this topic for four consecutive years
at CBA LIVE (2015–2018), at conferences hosted by NAFCU, ACA, NCCR and SBFE,
and during best practices forums with some of the largest furnishers in the U.S.
