David Mertz is Chief Compliance Officer for Global Debt Registry. He is moderator for the Credit and Collections LinkedIn Discussion Group and a regular speaker at industry trade meetings. He was previously President of Compliance Security Partners, LLC a compliance and security firm focused on the ARM Industry. He also held positions with GSI, a web hosting firm, as Director of Compliance and Security, Platform Manager for Aquila, an energy trading company, and Regional Manager for SDMI, a software provider to the credit union industry.
