Jennifer Szumiesz is the Director of Marketing & Operations at insideARM.com. She works with her team to confirm that all marketing and operational initiatives are fulfilled – all the while ensuring that the clients and readers that support the publication are consistently kept in mind. Jenn focuses on both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, and analyzes the results of those efforts every step of the way in order to make informed decisions. Previously Jenn directed all sales efforts for insideARM.com. This involved designing and implementing creative, campaign-based branding and marketing efforts for ARM companies including collection agencies, collection law firms, and technology vendors. Jenn is an expert at developing programs for insideARM.com and its clients, which highlight them as thought leaders in the credit and collections industry.
