Connell Loftus has been engaged in the accounts receivable management industry for 17 years as a litigator, corporate attorney, management consultant and subject matter expert. His current practice focuses on litigation, risk management and account receivable management for governments and private entities. Previously, Connell served as the Managing Partner of nationwide legal operations supervising a variety of legal and operational issues, including nationwide litigation and arbitration practice, marketing, legal process outsource management, call center management, regulatory compliance, and outside counsel management. Connell is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He lives with his wife and two children in Fairfax, Virginia.
