“…Our goal is quality, compliance, and a positive customer experience. Those are the three platforms we intend to build on.”

Ron Rittenmeyer, CEO, NCO Group

Hello, and welcome to ARM Insights, the NCO Group blog on insideARM.com! As a leader in the business process outsourcing industry, we are committed to keeping you informed about industry trends, best practices, innovations and anything else that could impact your business, your employees, or your customers. We also hope that this will be an open platform for communication – we want to hear from you. Let us know what you think, and what you want us to cover. Your input is important.

NCO is fortunate in that we have many subject matter experts who are easily accessible and eager to engage in this process. In coming blog posts, they will be sharing their deep knowledge of their specific areas of expertise in an effort to stimulate dialogue and increase overall understanding of the industry.  The reason for our blog is simple – as the global leader in the ARM Industry we have a unique perspective, experiences, and capabilities to share.  And, we live in real-time world where the importance of sharing and leveraging knowledge is ever more important – and ever more available.

The opportunities in our industry are both ever more vast and complex.  One goal is to not only focus on the “what” of Accounts Receivable Management, but also the “how” – How do you train for success? How do you exceed the client/customer expectation? How do you leverage internal and external innovation? By focusing on the whole picture, critical success factors, and key findings, ARM Insights will be our combined forum  to better understand and succeed in our dynamic, ever-changing business environment.

Thanks for taking this first step with us. If you have any comments, please feel free to utilize the “comments” section below, or to email us at marketing@ncogroup.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
